All members of the New Maryland Soccer shall:

- Encourage everyone to participate
- Maintain self-control at all times
- Promote an environment for good sportsmanship
- Refrain from the use of foul language

All players with the New Maryland Soccer shall:
- Do their best in all games and practices
- Respect their teammates
- Listen to and respect their coaches, New Maryland Soccer Staff and Volunteers
- Attend training, practices and games as required and advise coach if unable to attend
- Arrive on time for all training, practices and games
- Respect all fellow members of New Maryland Soccer, including players on younger teams
All parents of New Maryland Soccer players shall:
- Ensure that your child arrives at games and practices on time and with full equipment
- Not be critical, embarrass or heckle any player, including the opposition
- Leave the coaching to the coaching staff and refrain from giving directives from the sidelines
- Be positive and support the whole team as well as your child
- Communicate any concerns to the team manager or the coach directly
- Respect officials and other parents while maintaining self-control at all times
